Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bruma Studio website (brumastudio.dev) and the services we provide. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Services
Bruma Studio provides web development, CMS implementation, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual project proposals and agreements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of the source code and custom assets created for their project. Bruma Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in projects remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure is 30% upfront to begin work, 30% upon design approval, and 40% upon project delivery. Specific payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. All payments are non-refundable once the corresponding project phase has been completed and delivered.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner as outlined in the project timeline. Delays in client-side deliverables may affect the project timeline and delivery date.
Limitation of Liability
Bruma Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Warranty & Support
We provide post-launch support as specified in the project scope (30, 60, or 90 days depending on the tier). During this period, we address bugs and technical issues at no additional cost. Feature additions or scope changes after delivery are billed separately.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables will be transferred to the client upon payment.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, including the Sanity Studio administrative interface, or to interfere with the website's operation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
